Property with two bedrooms, 01 with 4 single beds and the other with a king size bed + single bunk bed, the two bedrooms with split air conditioning. Large living room with tv, sky, sound, wine cellar for 72 bottles and air conditioning type split, kitchen with all utensils composed of stove, 02 refrigerators, water purifier, electric oven, microwave, blender, sandwich maker. Back porch with large table, benches, refrigerator side by side, washing machine. Covered garage for 01 car and parking spaces for at least 4 or 5 cars in the yard, front porch with sofas, round table with 4 chairs, portable barbecue, side table, swing, slide on the lawn. Wifi throughout the house and backyard area. Well lit backyard with automatic lighting, gardens illuminated by led spotlights.
Because it is a family condominium, it is not allowed a loud sound that disturbs the other residences, it is a place of peace and rest, it is not allowed to barbecue on the banks of the river as well as cops and objects of glass in the place. We are in a permanent and guarded reserve, nothing is taken away from the place, the state park is closed the visitation and its purpose is for the study and reproduction of threatened extinction monkeys, So if you try to enter the park by local trails and get caught by the guards will have to bear the punishments provided for by law.
