Luxury and Comfortable Villa, very well located in Las Canas area, right next to the Tennis Club and minutes away from the The Beach, Altos de Chavon or La Marina.
Villa has a large living room, comfortable sofas and excellent furnishings. Interior dining table seats 10 and a Sonos audio system that can be listened inside the house as well in the pool area. WiFi in the whole villa, including the pool area.
Beautiful pool area, comfortably furnished which invites you to enjoy romantic starlit skies. Jacuzzi and solar system heated pool to enjoy a swim at night in warm water.
Nice air conditioning salon with a flat screen TV with home theater system to watch any good golf tournament or any other sport. Also Amazon Fire TV Media Player to watch streaming movies services like Netflix, Disney+, AppleTV+, HBOMax and IPTV with many movies to watch.
A maid takes care of the cooking (Excellent Cook), also an additional housemaid with the cleaning, the laundry and eventually the shopping of groceries. A waiter/butler tends the garden, table setup, BBQ, the pool and Jacuzzi. An extra maid and/or a children nanny is available upon request.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared daily at the request of the guests (guests provide the groceries for preparation). Daily cleaning and linen and towel service are also included with the rental.
Employees are very well trained, bartender prepares delicious margaritas, cosmopolitans, sea breeze and is in charge of the BBQ to prepare a beef feast or a seafood feast as guest might like. Cook prepares many well proven recipes local and international, that guests will enjoy everyday.
