Positive: The house is amazing, well equipped, clean and very confortable. It has everything you need for a weekend in family. It even has a barbecue, if you are into it. The only catch is the parking, not property responsibility, if your are lucky you have parking place in front, if not, you have it down the road (not far, but not in sight).
Negative: Nothing, everything was great.
