Nestled in a gated, waterside community just outside the historic fishing village of Cortez, the home offers an ideal location with easy access to the water and just a short drive from pristine Gulf beaches and Anna Maria Island attractions. You'll be within walking distance of a local marina, several off-shore charter options, and watercraft rentals, along with some great bars and restaurants.
The interior is a model of modern design complete with stylish decor and high-end fixtures. A gleaming full kitchen includes everything you need to plan and prepare home-cooked meals with ease. An in-home elevator is equipped in addition to the stairs, offering easy access for all guests. Private outdoor spaces include covered decks and balconies off each bedroom, plus a ground-floor patio equipped with a smart TV.
