Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a nice view of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 3 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of March until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will have a view of the greenery. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 4000 square meters (43000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees and by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with two sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playground and you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table and a football table. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of San Gimignano. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a small terrace equipped with table and chairs through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
