Positive: Casa Bini is well positioned, only a minute walk from the main square where you will find many restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Nicely furnished apartment and very clean. Host was friendly and easy to contact. She provided a light breakfast and welcomed us with freshly baked cake and cold bottled water. We had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend Casa Bini.
Negative: It didn't bother us, but if you open the outside security shutters you can hear the evening chatter, laughter, kids playing and music from the square until after midnight.
Summary: It was a lovely apartment, very secure, close to the square and the main shopping streets.
