Summary: This hotel experience was a mixed bag. The property is very nice, although the area isn’t the greatest. Communication from the owner to her employees in charge is very poor. Breakfast availability was poor to non-existent. Amenities were lacking: one bath towel for 2 people and no bath soap. We were accommodated in a third/fourth floor apartment without heat and lots of stairs. On a positive note, the decor of the property is beautiful but hard to enjoy when you are shivering at all times.
