Every time I stand before my beautiful beach house, its waves seem to whisper to me.
This Beach Villa is near Rincon del Mar, 90 miles south of Cartagena , outfitted with Butler and Chef in a secluded Beach, it can't get better than this.

The space
What makes this listing unique is the magic of the place, in the front we have a spacious white sand beach, in the back a mangrove lagoon full of life. The house is totally open and its high cathedral ceiling provides a cool comfortable climate.

Included in the deal , you have access to 4 Kayacs.
You will also have at no extra cost , a chef (Shirley) and a barman steward (Arnoby)
Once at the house you will be able to relax while the fishermen will pass and offering you fresh fish that will be prepared by the cook , Shirley and her husband Arnoby the Steward
The Cleaning Fee of $95 includes the the staging costs for preparing the cabin for your arrival , and the 4 mile boat ride for 8 passengers from the fishing village to the secluded beach and back upon checkout. For Parties larger than 8 pax , the cost of the boat ride each way is only about $27 total.
Included is also a small powerboat with a 15hp ( 2 pax capacity) for the Steward to run errands and shop in the village 10 minutes (4 miles ) away. You just pay for the gasoline / oil mix for the outboard. (about $ 18)
We can arrange extra boat transfers from the village of rincon to our secluded beach , it will set you back only $ 25 -$30 USD.
You will have no wifi , however you can buy SIM cards from the local Mobile phone company for mobile data and internet

Other things to note
The Price includes the Boat transfer for up to 8 persons from Rincon del Mar (the fishing village) to the island beach , about 4 miles south on the coast.
The price includes a chef and a steward (spanish speaking ) , you only have to buy food and drinks , they will cook and serve you with pleasure. (You shall include them in your meal plan)
There is a small island half a mile out , at sunset the birds flock to the island by the hundreds
Great for family vacations or adventurous trips with friends. It is the perfect place to enjoy water sports: water ski, scuba diving, sailing, kayak, swimming, snorkeling, .... or just relax on a hammock and enjoy the sunset.
The perfect place to have a lovely time with your family or friends. The white sand beach starts right at the house. All rooms have ceiling fans (no air conditioning) , the high cathedral ceiling roof make for a comfortable temperature.
You can enjoy the entire house, the private beach and dock, hammocks, kayaks and swim in the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea.
There is no WiFi, however there is mobile coverage. You just need to buy a SIM card from a local provider for your mobile phone.
INSECTS:
There are insects (mosquitoes) but not like you see in many other places because of the breeze and the microclimate.
However, the beds can be outfitted with mosquito nets and there are ceiling and floor fans that blow away the mosquitoes. we recommend guests to take Thiamine (vitamin B1) which
is effective as a mosquito repellent, there are plenty of alternatives. The recommended dosage is 25 to 50mg three times a day, though it takes roughly two weeks for the vitamin to build up in your system and start keeping bugs at bay.
Many natural, plant-based repellents -- such as lemon eucalyptus leaf extracts and citronella -- are also quite effective at repelling mosquitoes
