Positive: Carli's rooms is situated in a very quiet but still central road in Comacchio. It's only 10 min by car to the beach (and to elsewhere respectively). The house and the apartment itself were extremely new and clean. The walls were freshly painted and everything seemed unused. The kitchen includes all one needs: Plates, glasses, pans, pots. Even an induction stove, an oven, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher inclusive tabs, washing liquid and cloths, electric blinds and a modern air conditioner have been there. Also the bath with window and rainfall shower hasn't left any open wishes.
Negative: 1. Luigina was very nice and the hand-over of keys went smoothly because she answered within no time and was punctual. Still, it was a bit tricky because she can't speak any other language than Italian but we managed it thanks to Google translator :-D 2. Maybe she forgot or it might be added to the description: there weren't any towels in the apartment. We've got our own so there was no problem but not all tourists bring their own towels. If there was wifi, I'd even consider it for a long term stay! :-)
Summary: Brand-new apartment, I'd definitely recommend to my friends.
