Negative: The hotel lacks a place to load and unload luggage. I parked my car on a disabled parking place and within 5 minutes of being at the reception to unload my suitcases, I received a fine from the city. We recommend tourists not to leave their cars. The receptionist Rosie was very nice, helpful and willing!
