Positive: Good location for visiting the UBC campus which is what we were there for. Breakfast was included and served by a friendly staff member - a choice of cooked breakfasts. Friendly staff when I did speak to someone. Close to the steps down to the beach.
Negative: The heating in the room wasn't working and there was nobody around in the evening to ask for assistance. For the price, I thought it was a little basic
