It feels brand new, very modern, open, light airy, with very high end finishes, including imported stone, Miele and Gaggenau appliances, new wood floors, all new TVs, Control4 home automation. BUT, the reason to rent it is that it is right on Carbon Beach, a DRY, wide beach, with the finest beachfront estates on this amazing beach. Public access is quite far away from this house. The master suite is incredible with views galore on this south facing home. Two bedrooms face the ocean, both with their own oceanfront decks. Another bedroom has wrap around outdoor decks. Room for one of your Escalade size vehicles in the private garage. Walk to Nobu, and the Pier. 12-15 minutes to Santa Monica. The Best of the Best.
