The condo is located in a small complex with just 5 units in THE heart of serene & surf-centric Capitola Village - just a short two blocks from the beach and steps away from great restaurants! Capitola Village has a scenic wharf, charming shops, award-winning restaurants and assorted pubs - and is only a short distance from the world-class surf breaks of Pleasure Point and all the amenities and services of 41st Avenue. Its close proximity to Santa Cruz and Aptos offers easy access to the Boardwalk, world-renowned restaurants, and additional attractions and beaches.
The entire condo is located on the second and 3rd floor above the parking garage which offers two covered parking spaces, a rare and luxurious perk! Under new ownership, this recently remodeled unit offers all the modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. There is a dining area that can seat up to eight. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has double/twin bunk bed with trundle bed. The living room opens onto a balcony with comfortable outdoor seating and village and trestle views.
The kitchen has new counter tops, a dishwasher, an induction cooktop and oven, a microwave, and all basic kitchen appliances and supplies, including a rice cooker, air fryer and instant pot. A washer and dryer in a laundry area off the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a flat screen TV with cable, a dresser and a large closet. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunkbed with a double on the bottom and twin on top. Both rooms have plenty of storage space.
Capitola Village is a historic and atmospheric little coastal town with plenty of surf spots, boutique shops and a whole host of restaurants and entertainment outlets for young and old alike. The town is flourishing yet retains its distinctive and quaint character, beloved by families, dog-walkers and surfers. There is so much to do here with access to amazing surf spots for beginners to advanced, wide open spaces for swimming, paths for long hikes and romantic walks and Capitola Beach for sand castle building and soaking up the sun.
