Positive: Lovely old but renovated town house in a beautiful town far from mass tourism, but very well connected to all the island if you have a car. Very ample spaces and sufficiently sorted kitchen. large dining table. some cool board games. very nice and functional BBQ space
Negative: mattresses in the room by the stairs are on the hard end, a replacement would be appropriate. some lamps and cables need revising since they spark when used, which is risky. not the property's fault, but the garbage system in Binissalem is a pain and you can only get some types of garbage out on specific days; complex when just starting for a few days.
Summary: Great for large families out of mass tourism hotspots
