The house is located in a rural setting with plenty of greenery, surrounded by nature, fields, woods, farm animals and lots of history where you can enjoy a unique experience.
The house is in the hamlet of Penedès, between Llagostera and Romanyà. A very quiet area with little traffic, very few neighbours and lovely views. You get to the house along a country road, and just after Casa Llambí, another farmhouse, you turn left up an unpaved road which takes you to Can Camós.
The two buildings forming Can Camós stand on either side of the unpaved road which continues on to two more houses. The whole area is very safe. On the right hand side of the road is the outdoor parking area, a chicken pen with hens and a small vegetable garden with vines. There is also a separate multi-purpose building with sofas, chairs, games, billiards, ping pong, table football and darts, ideal for when it gets dark, especially in the winter months.
The main part of the house is on the left hand side of the road and this is where you find the garden and the entrance to the house itself. The rooms are arranged over two floors.
GROUND FLOOR
Entrance to the house through a restored solid wood door. The dining room is decorated with lots of antique elements which give it character and authenticity, with a long wooden table and chairs and a bookshelf where board games are kept. The other rooms lead off from here. A double bedroom with double bed, clothes rack with hangers, desk, bedside tables and views of the garden. Full bathroom with bath, toilet, sink and washing machine. Kitchen with fireplace and long table and chairs and a bench, which also retains original features such as the decorative coal stove and the stone sink.
FIRST FLOOR
You get to the first floor by going up a stone staircase. This floor is divided into two areas, one on the left-hand side and the other on the right, separated by a small step. On the left hand side there is a spacious lounge-reception room with wooden beams, sofas, TV and views of the patio and the garden. As this space is open, it has a safety gate for children. A bedroom for three with one double bed and one single bed with bedside tables and wardrobes. On the right hand side is another bedroom for four people with one double bed and two single beds, bedside tables, wardrobes and views of the part behind the house.
OUTSIDE
Large outdoor space with areas for different activities: a tiled patio just in front of the house with table and chairs, a grassy area with an above-ground pool, pergola and hammock for enjoying the cool evenings and relaxing, an outdoor well with its original structure, a covered porch area with a built-in barbecue and place to cook with stove, sink, fridge, with long wooden table and benches. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Another outdoor area with a wooden table and benches and garden lights. Ideal for enjoying warm Mediterranean evenings and lovely views.
