This peaceful three bedroom home is a welcoming space for families to relax and retreat. Located close to MSSU, this rental is a great choice for visiting professors, students, or those attending events on campus. Complete with a fully-equipped kitchen, onsite laundry, and a dedicated office space- this quiet getaway has been designed to provide guests with a comfortable space to gather and rest. Additional features include a bunk room for kids, fenced in yard for pets, and plenty of parking.

The home is located in the College View neighborhood, just north of Missouri State Southern University. The area is made up of settled family homes and is an excellent place to take quiet walks along the street. The location offers easy access to HWY 249 and I-44 by way of the Newman Rd exit. It is less than 2 minutes to get to Rangeline, which offers a wide variety of retail, service, and restaurant options. Just a short 5-10 minute drive will take you to Main Street and the historical downtown district of Joplin for more dining and shopping experiences.
The home uses a keypad coded lock. The code will be sent 24 hours prior to arrival.
The neighborhood around this home allows for free street parking, but we require our guests to park in the driveway - which allows for four parking spaces.
Our guests also have access to park in the one car garage that is attached to the home. There is no portable garage door opener provided, so the guest will need to open the garage door from the inside of the home by way of the red automatic opener located to the left of the entrance to the garage off of the kitchen.
