Summary: My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this comfortable, clean and very well-situated condo. The complex boasts easy access to a quiet, swimmable beach, a very nice pool area and beautiful, well-maintained gardens. The unit has two spacious bedrooms, a comfortable sitting area and a kitchen which is supplied with basic cooking equipment if you wish to prepare your own meals, as we frequently did. We particularly appreciated the large propane barbeque on the terrace. A larger cutting board, paring knife and a couple of mixing/serving bowls would be welcome additions. We spent many hours on the large terrace, which faces directly onto the Sea of Cortez on one side and the manicured gardens on the other. While it was very convenient to have laundry facilities in the unit, we found that the dryer did not work well. This was not really a problem for us, as there is plenty of sunshine on the terrace in the morning, and clothes placed outside dried in a very short time. One disappointment was that I was not able to find any beach chairs, which were listed on the amenities. As we spent time on the beach almost every day, these would have been wonderful! Fortunately, I was able to find a beach umbrella. I was surprised that there was no printed information in the unit providing details regarding the wifi, TV, phone, etc. Over all, we found this unit to have everything we needed and we would definitely return or recommend it to others!
