Welcome to our piece of paradise along the coastal bend of Corpus Christi - Palm & Paloma! This newly renovated studio guest house sits on our property, just a quarter mile from the bay. We are centrally located from downtown, TAMUCC, NAS - CC, and other popular activities and restaurants - usually no more than a 15-minute drive. Need a place to retreat at the end of the day? Enjoy the calmness of the covered patio overlooking our backyard garden landscape.
Palm & Paloma comfortably sleeps 4 people in the king bed and queen pull-out.
The amenities like the fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, spacious bathroom, 55" 4K UHD Smart TV, and highly rated memory foam beds are curated to meet the needs of short- and longer-term stays.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans for the cooktop, as well as sheet pans and storage containers for cooking meals in the microwave and 5-setting toaster oven. The refrigerator has ice and a Brita for filtered drinking water.
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the covered patio from the Keurig. No need to bring coffee, we have a stocked drawer of regular and decaf k-cups. Need to take your coffee on the go? We have to-go cups ready!
For the evenings you want to unwind, enjoy the 55" Roku 4K UHD Smart TV and log in to your favorite streaming service.
You will access the guest house at the back of our property by a well-lit walking path. The guest house has it's own fenced off area; however, the other side of the fence is for our two maltipoo puppies, Poppins and Winnie. They know no stranger and would love to say hi if you ever see them out and about.
Please be respectful of our property. This is a smoke free home and pets are not allowed at this time.
