Summary: The rooms are absolutely tiny - we had the 3rd or 4th cheapest room category and we still couldn't fit out suitcases in the room. Room service was almost impossible in such a tiny room. Moreover, you have to take a shuttle to the beach which is a bit of an inconvenience. The facilities and the overall hotel building is very underwhelming for the price. Having said that, the service and all the staff are absolutely incredible especially given the size of the hotel. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel special. Likewise, the food (especially the lunch buffet) is one of the best lunch restaurants we've ever experienced in a hotel. Overall the hotel is definitely not good value for money in my opinion. If this hotel was not in Sardinia it would cost a fraction of the price and would probably be 4 stars.
