Pre-dating the great fire of London and built circa 1530, this alluring, thatched cottage rests peacefully within the small village of Foxton, surrounded by Cambridgeshire countryside. The house also predates the order by which Henry VIII commanded the use of less oak in, as shown by the large beams adding character to the interior. Set back from the road on Foxton High Street, this cosy cottage is ideal for a family of four or a group of friends looking to tour this beautiful region. Step into the lounge, which has a large inglenook fireplace for decoration and traditional beams, a beautiful space to relax with your loved ones in the evenings.
