Positive: staff, location, unit layout and furnishings quiet, cozy pool area

Negative: not fully maintained— more better quality kitchen utensils and pots needed. screen door screen broken, safe not working. useful to have a chair in each bedroom. it would be helpful to have a written set of guidelines/instructions about various things to do with the property /unit as well as information about local offerings such as tours, restaurants etc.

Summary: very good, wonderful and helpful staff who were very responsive to requests for maintenance
