Positive: Had enough space to accommodate our party of 11 guests.
Negative: Very surprised about the upkeep of the property.. we rented in July and it was hot and there was no Air conditioning in the house and there were not enough fans for all the rooms provided. Had to keep the windows open and there were lots of bugs that entered the house.. not the best setup.
