Overlooking beautiful Bushland Beach, this 2 story house features modern, open plan living, dining and kitchen on the 1st level with stunning cathedral ceilings and beautiful spotted gum flooring.
Large sliding glass doors create the ideal indoor/outdoor transition and open to a massive deck area perfect for soaking up the sun, alfresco dining or just taking in the panoramic views. There is seating for 12 plus guests with a large outdoor setting and upstairs bar. There is also a 55" LCD TV and an outstanding sound system.
The modern kitchen features granite bench tops, loads of storage and includes a free standing smeg oven for your cooking pleasure.
Downstairs level features classy porcelain tiles, a separate media room with a large 55" screen for cinematic enjoyment with a fantastic surround sound system and blue ray player. There are an assortment of DVDs and blue ray movies and there are a selection of kiddie movies to keep them entertained. There is also a pool table and bar that opens onto another large deck area with fantastic views out to the ocean and seating for a further 10 guests.
Downstairs there are five generous bedrooms and a huge bathroom.
- The large master suite on top level overlooks beautiful hinterlands and has a king size bed, massive en-suite with your own bath and a large walk-in robe with huge private balcony.
- The second bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in robe and is next to the large bathroom
- Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have double beds and built in robes
An open staircase and large windows allow a fabulous flow of natural light throughout and sea breezes are invited through each level via glass louver windows.
The large double garage has secure internal access to the ground level.
There is also an option for a blow up mattress with linen to be supplied. This allows for up to 14 guests to stay in the house.
There is a courtesy bus that picks you up to and from Bushland Beach pub. It is a great place for a meal and some cold beers.
The house is a short 15 minute drive to the cowboys stadium

There are several buses that run daily from the bushland beach shops and lynwood ave (5min walk from the house)
