Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The property is cute and good location between Phoenix and Tucson so it was easy to travel between locations as we explored the area. The gated community felt safe for walking etc. It was also close to restaurants and necessities.
Negative: I didn’t receive a code by 4:00pm so I had to call a number and apparently I had somehow missed uploading documents needed for security deposit. The person on the phone helped me get everything submitted but it was a hassle. However, that was technically my fault. We arrived at property at 7:30 and it was uncleaned so I had to call again! She then asked for 10 minutes to find out what happened. An emergency cleaning crew was sent and they were very professional and cleaned thoroughly while we waited in our car. I will say they made it right for us by discounting the fees which I thought was very reasonable. Things happen sometimes and this was one of those times, but the staff tried to make it right. If you decide to stay make sure your i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed!
Summary: Saved from disaster! Staff salvaged what was a rough start.
