A second queen bedroom is also located on the main floor with closet storage, as well as a half bath near the kitchen and living area. Downstairs, the walkout lower level offers a second entertainment space complete with a wet bar and access to a patio that overlooks the water. The third bedroom is located on this level and includes a queen bed, walk-in closet, and dresser, adjacent to a full bathroom stocked with essentials. The lower level also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, with detergent and wool dryer balls provided for guest use. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, and a starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, and dish soap.
