The house is very spacious.The entrance hallway leads to a balcony mounted stairway up to the four bedrooms.Each bedroom has its own toilet, bath or shower and each bedroom overlooks the Kenmare Golf Course to the front or the Gardens & Woodlands to the rear. Irish and International paintings are displayed throughout this wonderful home.
The comfort of the AGA cooker in the well equipped kitchen ensures a warmth and cosiness all year round.The house is heated by oil fired central heating. A lovely feature of this property is that there are two log burning open fireplaces, one in each of the downstairs sitting rooms, so the house will always feel homely.
There are two cosy sitting rooms with couches and armchairs downstairs.Each features an open fire and faces south so filled with light.The dining area has a table to seat up to 8 people comfortably.
The kitchen is bright and has all the modern appliances you would require for your stay.There is a lovely island unit with seating to 4 people in the centre of the kitchen along with an Aga and a regular oven and hob.There is a separate utility area which is home to a large American style fridge freezer and the laundry facilities.
There is also a small study area should you require it to get some work done or just to read the newspaper!
