Brand-new custom-built log home sitting on 13 flat acres designed to capture the phenomenal Stratton Mtn Views throughout the home! There are 4 bedrooms, a spacious living area with cathedral ceilings, loft space, and a finished ground level with a separate living space, office, and multiple games that will keep everyone entertained! Only minutes from multiple mountains, state parks, restaurants, supermarket, and walking distance to a town swimming hole and playground!
There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms! Some of the amenities include an oversized super comfortable couch, wood burning stove, multiple large smart TV’s, cable + high speed internet, pool table, arcade, ping pong table, foosball table, firepit, + more!
The main floor contains the dining area, Kitchen, half bathroom, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. The first floor is also the central living area of the house with cathedral ceilings, glass covered wall with phenomenal Stratton Mtn views, wood burning stove, and a super comfy oversized couch where you can utilize the two smart TV’s just in case you need to distract the kids while you watch your shows! There are also 4 sliding glass doors that open up to the 60ft wide deck with stunning Stratton mountain views and a hot tub that guests are welcome to use!

The second floor consists of a full bathroom, loft area, and 2 bedrooms where you can lay in bed and stare at the trails!:

The finished lower level contains an additional living space with smart TV, pool table, Arcade, foosball table, + more! There's also an office with a desk and a couch if you have some work to do.
The house is roughly 8-10 minute drive to the base of Stratton, 7-8 minutes to Magic Mountain, 14-16 minute to Bromley, and 25-30 minutes from Okemo and Mount Snow.
The house sits on a flat 13 acre hay field that is actively farmed for hay! The acre + surrounding the house is mowed short to make sure the guests have room to play and our caretaker mows a path around field for nature walks!
Guest Access: You have access to the entire property. Guests aren’t allowed access inside the right side of detached barn (used for storage).

The house has 2 pack and plays that can be used.
BBQ is stored during peak winter months so that it isn’t damaged.
The house is family friendly but is not child / baby proofed.
We recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles for driving in Vermont over the winter months (not specific to this property just good to have).
