We are not responsible for construction jobs, improvements, noisy neighbors, dogs barking, etc. on the properties around, we will give support making the report to the authority or manager in charge of them but by no mean refunds or lease cancellations will be applied in this cases. Summary: We had a lovely stay in Isabelle's condo. We were only there for 3 nights because it was our 1st time renting a condo out of the US and weren't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised! The condo was just as pictured, clean, modern and comfortable for our family of 4; 2 adults and 2 young kids. Although we didn't cook in the kitchen, it was stocked with everything one would need. We also loved the location of the condo, an easy walk to 5th ave and Mamita's Beach. Isa was very friendly and extremely helpful. She gave us her personal cell and we text her during our stay for recommendations on food, rental cars, general questions etc. I even left a pair of earrings in the bathroom and she delivered them to our resort. (we split our trip 1/2 condo and 1/2 all inclusive). Overall, the condo was a great experience and definitely made us change our mind about condos vs. all inclusives. Thanks Isabelle!
