Stainless steel appliances with leathered granite counter tops, propane cook-top and butlers pantry. Open layout with dining area adjacent. Dining table seats 10 with seating for 4 more at the kitchen island.
Living room is focused around a large propane fireplace with an overstuffed leather couch, loveseat and recliner.
The extremely high speed internet provides access to streaming services on both the living room Smart TV and the Smart TV in the upstairs suite (using your own streaming accounts).
This property has a very nice elevated front porch as well as a back deck with outdoor seating and dining furniture. There is a gas BBQ as well as a gas fire pit in the back. One of our very few properties with air conditioning!
