This is a professionally cleaned, most booking sites would agree, 4 star rated Hotel/Resort, not an apartment or condo.
The 1 Bedroom Kitchen Suite is awesome for hosting a group. The fireplace and 5 showerhead shower are also very nice.
This wine country resort comes with a free bottle of wine in your room & glass of champagne at check in. Refundable security deposit ($100 per night) and a payable tax ($6.32/day) is required at check in.
8 Wineries, 1 brewery, live music, food truck, cute grocery store just across the street!! We had all our guests here at our wedding in 2019, it's classy!! Don't forget to check out the cave. This has a microwave, mini fridge, plates, glasses, silverware, coffee maker, washer/dryer, with balcony.
Vino Bello pool has a BBQ, Jacuzzi, kid's pool & splash pad area, & you can bring ice chests. They'll even bring you BBQ tools. Check in 4:00 P.M. Check out 10:00 A.M. I have the room through the weekend, so I can likely arrange a later check out. It will be up to housekeeping.
Two restaurants on site, Olive & Hay Restaurant & The Crush Lounge Restaurant with a bowling alley inside. Walk paths through grapevines filled with jumping bunnies, an occasional fox or turkey, & eagles overhead that lead to a cool wine country statue. Rooms have been remodeled since the picture with the pugs, not much different, just the colors.
CHECK IN - At the neighboring Hotel/Resort called The Meritage, located in the same parking lot.
NO PET POLICY - Emotional Support Animals and Service Animals have been permitted in the past. There might be big dog rules or the policy could change, contact the hotel management at The Vino Bello Resort to verify before purchase.
PRESENTATION - The Resort is a timeshare property and, as such, may offer solicitation to attend a sales presentation for vacation ownership. The Tenant is under no obligation to attend a presentation as a condition of occupancy.
AGE - The Tenant must be age 21 or older to secure a reservation in his/her name.
USAGE - The Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms that s/he will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-outs.
TEMPORARY USE / NO SUBLETTING - Tenants expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for the temporary use of the Resort and that Tenants shall not under any circumstance sublet the Resort unit.
OCCUPANCY -- The Tenant agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy for the unit. Failure to comply may result in eviction by the Resort.
INCIDENTALS -- Most resorts will require a credit card upon check-in for the purpose of incidental expenses (i.e., local phone, resort services, room service, etc). Tenant will be expected to provide their own credit card upon arrival for this purpose.
DAMAGES -- The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests.
INDEMNIFICATION - The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
