Large and pleasant luxury family house of 145m2 with heated underground swimming pool (electric shutter for child safety) in a residential area (free parking).
You will find all the facilities of a quality family accommodation (cooking piano, plancha ...) and will not be cramped.
Ideally located, you will be in the center of Bordeaux in 15 minutes by tram.
200 meters from a supermarket and all amenities including a very good bakery and pizzeria.
