HEATING & COOLING
Boothenba Cottage features ducted heating & cooling throughout the home, including in all four bedrooms. A wood fireplace has also been appointed to the living area. All areas except for bedroom 4 and the kitchen are equipped with ceiling fans. Electric blankets are featured in bedrooms 1 & 2.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire Cottage and Cottage Yard. Walking around the farm property is not permitted.

Please note that the property sleeps 10 guests, however, there are two king-single trundle mattresses in bedroom 3 that can sleep an additional 2 guests.
Please be mindful of the horses in the paddocks and avoid touching them.
Fireplace & Firepit: This property has a fireplace & firepit that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.
