Summary:
This magnificent family holiday home is just a couple minutes walk from Boomer Beach in Port Elliot and a beautiful 15 minutes coastal walk to Horseshoe Bay or into The Strand for shopping and restaurants.
The house is set up with families in mind and has everything you may need for a beach holiday. The yard is fully fenced for kids and dog to play safely.
Bed linen and towels are included.

The Space:
The air-conditioned accommodation is 6 km from Victor Harbor, and guests benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking available on site.
The holiday home features 3 bedrooms, two smart TV’s, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and all you could need to cook up a storm should you wish to.
There is a large secure garden for the kids as well as one well behaved dog. Sorry, no puppies under 12 months. Inside dogs are ok as long as non shedding. $75 pet fee applies.

There is a three way bathroom on this level with bath and walk in shower.
The laundry contains washer, iron and ironing board plus a whole lot of other extras.
There is also a stroller and a stair gate underneath the tri bunk bed for parents of young children to use.
UPSTAIRS:
Large open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Includes children's dining space and a high chair.
There is a second toilet and vanity on this level also.
The dining area opens out to a spacious balcony with second dining area and BBQ.
