This adorable Oceanfront efficiency, is like no other. Recently renovated and redecorated with private sleep area, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable living area.
Located on 46th - A great location to walk to some of our favorite spots - Belly Busters (they deliver to the beach! - and best fish tacos). 48th St Tap House, Seacrets for Entertainment, Satellite Cafe for Breakfast, Mackys for Sunsets.
Bring your bikes for fun and easy ride to the Boardwalk.
Enjoy the sand patio, and grill area for a relaxing nite in, or to enjoy chatting with other vacationers.
Free Wi-Fi, flat screen tv and onsite check in and check out.
We do allow up 2 dogs, 50lb limit for 1 pet, or 70lb for combined limit for 2 pets. There is a pet fee of $85 - $25 for each add'l pet
Please note, pets are not allowed on the private sand patio/courtyard. There is a designated pet area supplied with waste bags, just a minutes walk away.
Linens are provided year round, in sealed packaging. We are asking our guests to provide their own blankets and pillows at this time.
The best part of this location is the view. No matter where you are in this unit, the beach is there with you .

Summary: The parking was a big problem because you don’t get official ppparking passes. We were told to write the hotel number on a piece of paper and place it on the windshield. Anyone could do the same thing, which they did. My husband had to look for a public parking spot for almost an hour because all the parking spots were taken. Called the number to the towing company that was located on the wall of the building. They couldn’t tow the car parked in our spot because the Management (HOA) decided not to renew their contract. The rental agreement states we have 1 parking spot. Obviously, that wasn’t the case and help wasn’t an option or available to us. Donna ( owner ) apologized for the inconvenience and said she would report the problem to management. Make sure to bring your own bath towels bc you only get 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth per person for your entire stay. The place was smaller than expected. The bedroom was so tiny it could only fit a full size bed with no dresser. There wasn’t enough room to unpack our clothes so we kept them in our suitcases. The place was so outdated, and definitely needs some major upgrades. I guess you get what you pay for but after all the extra fees, our total cost for our stay ( 4 nights ) wasn’t exactly cheap!The view was amazing and kept us from leaving on the first day, but we ended up leaving on the third night. Donna ( owner/host ) was nice but should have been transparent about possible parking issues.
