Thus you will find yourself at this villa, an incredible three-level dwelling with direct access to the rocks and large terraces that will make you feel truly suspended by giving you a 180-degree view of the extraordinary south-eastern coast of Sardinia, between Cagliari and Villasimius.
The Space:
The show will also continue inside. Just sit on the sofa in the living room and look in front of you to admire the same unique show or sit at the table, during the lunch break or for dinner, to observe how the horizon beyond the large glass doors changes with the hours go by.
In the large open-plan living room, you will find a large dining table that can accommodate up to 12 people. The kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, stove and microwave is also open space. There are 5 bedrooms, equipped with en suite bathroom with shower, to which you can also add another 2 sofa beds. One of the bedrooms, in addition to a queen-size bed, has 2 single beds. The structure, in total, can accommodate up to 12 people and is equipped with air conditioning.
All to experience the outdoor spaces overlooking the sea and the cliff below which you can access by going down just twenty meters below the house. From the various terraces, all furnished, you can scan the horizon and treat yourself to magical sunrises and sunsets. There is also a barbecue area outside.

This villa is located in a very private area, not very touristy, at the end of a closed-end road, and allows you to experience a series of on-site experiences.
The house is just 15 kilometres from Villasimius, about forty from Cagliari and is surrounded by lush vegetation and characterized by the typical Mediterranean scrub that releases all the smells of the island, guaranteeing a bit of coolness even on the hottest summer days. The closest white sand beach to you can also be reached on foot. The extraordinary beaches of Poetto and Simius are just a few minutes away by car. Not far from here is the necropolis of Cruccuris and the Museum of the Territory of Castiadas.
