Positive: The property was well appointed with all needed kitchen amenities and some water toys. Lots of room for family or friends to spread out be it inside or on the expansive porch.
Negative: We had no idea the location would be so loud. The boat traffic was constant and the load speed boats came often. We were there during the weekend and the beginning of the week. Weekends were definitely louder than the weekdays. Additionally, I accidentally left an expensive ($150) travel mirror under the primary bathroom sink and let staff know within hours the day of departure. I reached out to numerous staff (via Booking and the concierge assigned to us during our stay) and was told they could not check the accommodation for it until what amounted to 11 days later. On the 11th day I was then told that they could not find the mirror. Lesson learned.
Summary: Great for families or large groups. Lots of boat traffic on the weekends
