The Space:
This Grand Retro Style (1970’s groovy) home was designed for relaxation and comfort, offering enough room for the whole family and your furry friends! There are 5 Large Bedrooms and 3 Massive Family Areas including 2 Large Lounges, Patios, BBQ area, and a Sun-Soaked Veranda overlooking the Beach and Tasman Sea. With the ocean as your front yard, it doesn’t get much better than this.
Living/Lounge: Large open-plan living areas with Smart TV located downstairs and upstairs with stunning Ocean Views. The top level features a spacious and fully appointed Kitchen. The ground level has a Tea/Coffee Kitchen and an ocean-view BBQ Patio Area, prefect for entertaining friends and family.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, French press coffee and more. Basic condiments provided such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil etc.
Sleeping Arrangements: 3 bedrooms upstairs, and 2 downstairs. (all beds have 5-zone pocket coil mattresses) and are serviced by generously sized Bathrooms. All bedrooms have plenty of cooling ocean-breeze ventilation.
