All bedrooms have luxury memory foam king beds with 4 organic pillows, and 1500 thread count Luxury bedding & Linens. Bathrooms have 100% organic cotton towels, hair dryers, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and Kleenex provided.

Failure to comply with house rules could result in additional costs and/or loss of
security deposit.
No smoking inside the property. Please be sure to dispose of waste after
smoking outside.
We are Pet Friendly but need to know name, size, breed of pets. Our prior approval of size, breed is needed and deposit may be required.
The garage will be off limits for vehicles and guests. The Laundry area you will need to request a code in advance if you want to use it
Please note laundry in garage is a monitored area.
Please park in driveway and around driveway circle there’s plenty of parking.
No Firearms of any kind on the property at anytime.
No Fireworks.
No Glitter/Confetti.
All of the Morongo Basin including Yucca Valley has a noise ordinance to follow and to
respect your neighbors. Sound travels! Please bring the noise down or inside between the hours
of 10:30 PM and 7:00AM.
Rental Requirements:
CHANGE IN NUMBER OF GUESTS/CONDUCT OF GUESTS: Guest(s) agrees that more
than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises.
Unauthorized people at the home at any time will result in a double charge for each
additional guest/invitee or a maximum occupancy charge (whichever is more), and loss
of any security deposit, in addition to any and all damage, disturbance, and cleaning
charges. except those who have paid to occupy the property. Exceptions are made on an
individual basis - please contact us for prior approval.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIME: Check-in is anytime after 2:00 pm. Please respect this
time, unless otherwise discussed with the host. Early check in is available by request.
Guests will not be allowed access until the designated check-in time. Check out is at 12PM.
PLUMBING: Do not put any feminine products in the toilets. The property has a septic
tank that can be damaged. The toilets are water-saving models and don't have a strong
flush - limiting the amount of toilet paper used will help prevent a clog. Plungers are
provided if a clog occurs.
PETS: We are very Pet Friendly however,
Pets are allowed as long as the applicable pet cleaning fees have been paid. The fee is $100, a maximum of 2 dogs. Please no dogs under a
year old. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all
rents and deposits. If the discovery of unauthorized pets is made after your departure,
a penalty of $100/day plus any additional cleaning charges will be assessed.
Pet Rules rules must be followed: No pets on any
furniture or bedding. Please do your best to remove all pet hair to avoid additional
cleaning time/charges. All waste must be picked up and placed in the garbage cans
tied securely in trash bags. No pets in the pools, hot tub or bathtubs. Pets should not be
left unattended in the home or in the back yard unless crated. Do NOT leave pets
outside unattended, wild animals will eat them! we have vendors (landscapers, pool maintenance, etc.) who
enter through the back gate. These vendors are not liable for lost pets who escape
during their services due to the lack of pet owner supervision. Any cleaning that must
be done will be charged to renter at a rate of $45 an hour.
POOL / SPA USE & RULES: Use of the pool/spa is strictly at your own risk and liability.
Our Pool Man sanitizes and will replenish chemicals prior to your arrival. If additional
maintenance is required during your stay, or the next quests are unable to use the pool/
spa due to conditions resulting from any misuse by you and guests, there
will be a $45 charge (and cost of supplies if necessary) for each hour of required
maintenance. A $25 refund/night will be given if you are unable to use the pool/spa due
to any malfunction not caused by Guest(s). (Heater Malfunction like no heat not “it wasn’t hot enough”)
—-An adult must always accompany children. —
Use non-breakable drink containers in the pool and hot tub area (no glass allowed).
DO NOT ADD ANYTHING TO THE POOL / SPA such as bubble bath & oils, even if they say they
are compatible.
If the water level is low (below the filter intake) call us as low water can destroy the pump, resulting in additional charges.
If the water looks cloudy or dirty, please call.* If it is found that the service is necessary due to Guest
abuse, the Guest will be responsible for the charges.
RIGHT OF ENTRY Guest(s) agree that Property Owner and any designated worker(s)
reserves the right to enter the rental property any time to investigate disturbances,
check occupancy, check for damage, to make such repairs, alterations or
improvements as we may deem appropriate.
HEATING THE SPA - we heat the spa for you for free. You can turn higher upon arrival. We heat it up for your arrival and you set temp from there.
If you Park RVs on the property wether you plug into house or not you will be charged a min fee per RV of $150 a night.
The Washer Dryer access code is given only on request by guest so we can monitor usage and area.
CHECK OUT CHECKLIST DETAILS:
Before you check out.
Please Put all used towels in laundry baskets.
Strip Beds and put in Laundry Baskets.
Empty all trash and put in Dumpster in Front of property by driveway.
There is a trash can in front of house to use during stay by front door
You can empty at checkout so you don’t have to go to dumpster at night. (Bags under sink)
Make sure trash can lid is closed and no trash is left inside house or outside trash can wild animals will come.
Turn off AC or Heat in RV and Home. Make sure all doors are locked.
Load all dishes in Dishwasher and run it before you leave
Make sure fire pit propane if used is off.
All windows, doors to be shut and locked always double check this as animals can enter.
Please Return any furniture you moved back to its original location.
If RV was used please make sure door is shut, lights, heat and air off in RV.
Hot tub lid closed with secure bar over it.
We will charge within reason for added time it takes us to do things we are a very busy airbnb but try to accommodate everyone.
