2 Bedroom Cottage with Air Conditioner, Balcony and Bedding
Stone house "Bella" is positioned in the centre of the charming old village of Murter, right below St Rocco's chapel, famous for its beautiful views of the Kornati archipelago, sunsets and sunrises.
It's a quiet location within easy walking distance (10 min) of the gorgeous beach Cigrada and equally close is the centre of Murter town with a wider choice of bars and fantastic restaurants.
Every aspect of this two-century-old traditional house has been lovingly remodelled by its designer owner, preserving the original features as much as possible whilst bringing it into the 21st century.
The upstairs bedroom, accessed by its own external staircase has a king-size bed, mosquito net, air conditioning and en suite shower room. It also has a delightful terrace with evening views of the sunset and the Adriatic sea.
Downstairs is a large bedroom with a king-size bed and a mosquito net and a small double sofa bed and air-con. The open plan kitchen dining area is well equipped with a brand new kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle etc...
The downstairs wetroom also has a sink unit with a washing machine built in.
The outdoor living area has a second fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher and fridge freezer and an adjoining large terrace with a large dining table and benches with comfortable seats. It also has an outdoor shower.
You are welcome to stretch the hammock and enjoy the view of an ancient pine tree above the terrace.
A small BBQ is provided but please be careful with the use of fire as the ground is extremely flammable in the summer months.
