Our spacious 4-bedroom cottage is tailor-made for groups and families to unwind, relax and enjoy the outdoors. With a fully equipped kitchen, two cozy living areas, ample bedrooms, and two pristine bathrooms, every corner of Moore Hill House beckons relaxation and connecting together. The house is perfect for hosting, cooking, playing games and relaxing with the Catskills as your backdrop.
We especially enjoy hosting families and provide a crib, highchair, baby bath etc. available to make even the smallest guest’s stay welcoming and easy.

Moore Hill House is a gateway to outdoor bliss. From year-round hiking, skiing in the winter, and fishing throughout spring and summer, the possibilities for exploration are boundless.
For children, there are loads of activities on and off property. Whether you are playing games and watching movies throughout the house, exploring our property’s rolling hills, or taking a ride down to play at Netplex Park and climbing zone at the end of the street, there are many activities to keep youngsters entertained.
You will also be located between many wonderful local establishments just a short drive away including Russian Mule Brewery, Hemlock Neversink, The Dale Pizza Kartrite Indoor Water Park, and more!

We are happily a pet-friendly stay. There is a $75 pet fee per stay, where you and your furry friend will enjoy access to amenities including a dog bed, bowls for water and food, toys, poo bags, shampoo and an animal first aid kit. If you plan to have your pet join you for your stay, please be aware that we are in area with neighbors, both human and wild. All pets are required by local policy to stay on-leash and on property to protect you, your pet and our local environment.

Like all Upstate Place properties, this home has a crib, highchair, baby bath etc. available to make even the smallest guest’s stay welcoming and easy. Please know in order to rent this home you will be required to sign a rental lease agreement.

• Please make sure you take out the trash, this helps with smells and preventing creatures from wanting to come in to the house.
• If used dishes, we ask you place them in the dishwasher and hit start.
• Please extinguish all fires and fuels, inside and out, and cover the BBQ once cooled.
• In winter, please make sure the heat is turned down to 60*
• Upon departure, please make sure all lights are turned off and all exterior doors are locked

All Bedrooms and Upstairs common areas have ceiling fans, keeping our home quite airy and comfortable. Please notes that this property does not have air conditioning.
Our house has 3 levels, and may not be suitable for those who have difficulty with steps or stairs.
Like everywhere in the Catskills, this house is surrounded by countryside and wildlife. While it’s wonderful to observe the eagles, deer, bears, and adorable chipmunks, it can also mean you will hear coyotes and foxes at night, and encounter the less cute mice, flies, snakes, and bees. There is very little to be done about it, but by keeping doors closed and food in its appropriate storage, they will stay outside where they belong.
