This beautiful house is located in Richmond Hill, a highly desirable and very safe community, close to public transit, parks & restaurants, supermarkets, and all other amenities. It is a lovely and cozy home which features welcoming living & dining, hardwood flooring throughout. The basement offers a versatile space for workouts, work, or family and kids' playtime, all in a well-lit and inviting environment.
Unwind and soak up the sun on the beautiful backyard deck. It's an ideal spot for enjoying the outdoors, whether you're basking in the sunshine or indulging in alfresco dining.
The master bedroom with 5pcs ensuite. There are 3 bedrooms: one king size bedroom, one queen size bedroom and one double size bedroom. It is fully equipped with all facilities for your comfort such as cookware, bakeware, dishware, bedding, washer and dryer. Stainless steel stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, big washer/dryer combo is ready for your convenience. Smart TV with Netflix and other internet platforms. High speed Wi-Fi is ready.
This place is not for parties or gatherings. If you are looking for a place to throw parties or for gatherings, this is not the right place for you. If you are looking for a nice, peaceful, safe and quiet place while travelling or for your getaway then this is the right place for you. We don’t want to disturb our neighbors and would like our guests to follow our house rules.
We happily welcome small to medium-sized pets. An additional pet fee of $100 per trip applies, in addition to the per-night pet fee specified in the listing. To accommodate your furry friend, please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary adjustments.

Summary: Helen is an excellent host and has provided, the lucky few who find her property, with all the comforts they will need to enjoy their stay. First impressions as we drove up were high as the neighborhood was well maintained, quiet, and very easy to navigate in and around. We clicked our way through the electronic lock (a big plus as I usually misplace house keys) and we were greeted with a beautifully maintained, extremely clean, and visually appealing home Helen has created. The basement provides a working area for the working traveler, a treadmill for walking on the rainy, cold, hot, whatever days when you don’t want to venture out, and a full sized laundry for guest that have an extended stay. Well lit, maintained, and inviting all around. The main floor provided an open floor plan of living area (with a Roku enabled large screen TV), dining area (with seating for 6 with rom to spare), and large kitchen with all the appliances and tools needed to make a simple breakfast down to a gourmet meal. A well-placed half bath is available on the main floor which was spotless on our arrival. There was a sunny deck off the kitchen where morning coffee or an evening drink can be savored without feeling spied on by the neighbors. The upper level gives three luxurious bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) with windows treatments that allowed for privacy but did not limit the sunlight from pouring in.
