Rent an entire detached house with your own private swimming pool (heated in the winter months).
It has 3 Bedroom:
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 4 Twin Beds (2 of the bed can convert into a king)
Billiards Room: 1 twin sofa bed
2 extra twin beds that can be set up in the living room or anywhere in the house.
3 bathroom: 2 in the house and 1 near the outdoor pool.
Located in the heart of Ft Walton Beach, less than a mile away from stores and restaurants. This home is beautifully decorated with boho chic design mixed with original art from Madagascar.
Either you spend the day sunbathing in our beautiful backyard or staying cool while playing a game of billiards, this home has it all: a large private backyard, 2 car garage, in-ground swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, sunroom, and Billiard's table. This home has everything you need: outdoor grill, fire pit, beach items, various board games, and smart TVs with Sling Tv package (all 3 bedroom and Living room).
2 min drive to shopping center and restaurant, 7 min from the Bayou boat ramp, 10 min to the beach, 5 min to the back gate of Hurlburt Field and 15 min to Eglin AFB.
*Disclaimer* There is a ring doorbell, ring camera facing the driveway, and a ring camera facing the pool equipment/heater on the back side of the house. It’s intended to verify the pool cleaning service is done.
When booking, please indicate the correct number of people residing in the rental. After 2 guests, each additional guest is $15 person per night. This is to pay for extra utility usage such as water, gas, and electricity. This enables us to keep our prices low. Unregistered guests could result in reservation cancellation without refund.
Pool heating gas coverage $20/day (Special offer, no additional pool heating fees between Dec - Feb, must requested in advance).
Okaloosa county charge additional 5% tourist development tax, this fee fund beach lifeguards, special events, beach cleaning and management, water testing, and etc.
**Disclosure Regarding Pool Heat**
- Pool heater is for winter months with additional fees of $15/day ( 01 November - 01 Mar). We will make accommodations during cold weather if guest requests the pool to be heated ($15/day fees)
- Please remember that heated pool is not the same as a hot tub. The maximum temperature we will heat the pool is 85 degrees; otherwise it will mess with the chemistry of the pool.
- Please let us know before arrival if you would like us to heat the pool. It takes about 4 hours to get it to a desired temperature
