A beautiful and very comfortable studio of 30m2, totally independent from the adjacent property.
The large swimming pool is shared with the owners only and is totally independent in the luscious and tended gardens.
The studio enjoys a fully equipped and fitted kitchen, a table and chairs for dining - inside and outside. The pretty bedroom area separated from the living room, it enjoys a kingsize bed and a wall mounted television.
The bathroom has a pretty and spacious Italian shower, WC and wash basin. Large sliding doors cover the wardrobe, shelves and plenty of storage areas.
The private terrace is West facing and has far-reaching open views over the countryside.
The owner lives in the adjacent property but is discrete if not absent.
The studio is a cosy, modern and comfortable nest for roaming the region summer and winter.
Perfectly located in the middle of the countryside, without disturbances, but equally central to all sites of interest.
The property is equally 3km from the small quaint village of Plazac and 3km from a larger village Rouffignac-St Cernin. you can enjoy in both villages the usual modern amenities from la Boulangerie, to the sunny terraces for morning coffee & croissants.
Located in the Vézère Valley you have easy access to the numerous famous prehistoric sites. Montignac Lascaux and it's famous caves is 16km, medieval town of Sarlat la Caneda is 30km, the centre of prehistory in Europe, Les Eyzies is 18km and the Gallo-Roman town of Périgueux is 40km.
The choice of activities and sites is vaste, and you may just choose to meander down the Vénère or Dordogne valleys on canoes, or stroll or cycle through the woods shaded from the sun.
The studio is just behind the owners' house who is regularly absent or discrete.
You may enjoy the far-reaching countryside views from the studio terrace or from the pool terrace.
The pool is open from 01 May to 30 Septembre each year.
I am happy to welcome you for a minimum of 2 nights all year around.
Please note however that June through to mid September rentals are a minimum of 7 days and arrivals and departures are strictly Saturdays.
