Beautiful, spacious and very bright 6-person villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Overijssel.
The vacation home is located in the park Buitengoed 't Lageveld, in a quiet location next to a large recreational lake with all kinds of facilities for young and old. There are 3 air conditioners in the house. The house was completed in 2021 and is fully and comfortably equipped. The bedroom on the first floor has its own bathroom with shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor. Upstairs are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom with shower.
In the private garden you can relax well and enjoy your vacation.
Next to the park is a swimming lake (36 ha), during the summer months a swimming and leisure paradise. The resort has many services to offer: Bike rental and activities for children during school vacations. Excursion possibilities: Adventure Park Hellendoorn (10 km), Ponypark Slagharen (34 km), Deventer (40 km) and Enschede (40 km). Also visit the indoor swimming pool in Wierden, which offers wellness with sauna, whirlpool and Turkish steam bath. For stays of several weeks, the bed linen is changed weekly (cost per week).
