The house is a semi-detach, 80 sq m, on two floors, and boasts a private entrance and car park. The journey begins on the covered terrace, offering a stunning view of the coastline. Stepping inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen (complete with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker and capsule coffee machine) with a dining area and a cosy fireplace. The kitchen leads to the living room (equipped with air conditioning), featuring an HD TV and a spacious bathroom with a large shower. The living room window frames a breathtaking view of the seashore and islands of Tino and Palmaria. A staircase leads to the first floor, where a landing with an air conditioning pump awaits, along with two double bedrooms (French beds, 150 cm) and a second bathroom with a shower.
