Podere Berrettino is a beautiful country house, situated 450 meters above sea level. The property is divided into two units, with the owners living in one. The unit that is available for rent consists of two apartments, one that accommodates six people and another that accommodates four. The house is located in an elevated and sunny position in the countryside, just 2 kilometers from the center of Reggello. It is also conveniently located 30 kilometers from the center of Florence and 35 kilometers from the center of Arezzo. The property covers an area of 1 hectare, with a natural garden that is available for shared use.
Guests will have access to a private swimming pool that measures 10 x 5 meters and has a depth of 150 centimeters. The pool is available from April 27th until September 28th.
