Walkable to bus, supermarkets and a few cultural cuisines. Access to backyard and private entrance. Close to JFK and LGA airports. One block away from the Q6 bus, 10 to 15 mins away from E, J, and Z trains, and also the Long Island Railroad.
The space
This is a newly renovated and newly furnished private studio basement apartment in a house. The studio apartment has a bathroom, kitchen, living and sleeping area with a full size bed. You are welcome to use the kitchen, which is fully stocked with an electric stove/oven with everything you need to cook such as pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, bowls, eating utensils, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, etc. The living area has an electric fire place and two chaise lounges that feature an arching seat and rounded back, the perfect place for relaxation while you watch the 60 inch HD television with cable and dvr. There’s a work area with WiFi available. There’s also an iron and board available for use. This studio apartment is private so you won’t be sharing with anyone. The backyard is also newly furnished with a swing, gazebo and a patio set. Free street parking is always available. Breakfast is available in the refrigerator. Waffles, pancakes and eggs with all condiments also complimentary.
