A unique, beautiful and wide view from the sunny terrace over the sea. A very spacious apartment with sunny living room, large and sunny terrace, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The entire terrace has sliding glass walls, which can easily be closed completely or partially. If there is a sea breeze you can close them, so you can still enjoy the view and make maximum use of the terrace. There is a parking space in the underground parking garage.
The apartment is located directly on the coast in Torre de la Horadada, in the southern tip of the Costa Blanca. For people who want to enjoy the beautiful weather and the beautiful beaches, there is plenty to do. There are several golf courses such as, lo Romero, Real Golf Club Villa Martin, Real Golf Club Lomas De Campcamor, Las Ramblas and Las Colinas. The area is also ideal for those who want to cycle or walk, the region has various protected nature areas with many bird species. In the region you will also find several cities that are worth visiting such as Alicante, Cartagena, Elche, Murcia and Torrevieja.
