Welcome to our stunning lake house in Southern Illinois, where your family getaway dreams come to life! This beautiful property offers everything you need for a memorable vacation, surrounded by nature and overlooking the main lake channel. With three bedrooms and plenty of sleeping space, our lake house comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests.
The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, featuring a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with another queen bed. Additionally, the family room holds three sleeping recliners and a large wrap-around couch, perfect for cozy movie nights.
The two bathrooms are equipped with strong shower pressure, ensuring a refreshing experience after a day of lake activities. Speaking of lake activities, step outside onto the beautiful back porch with a large bed swing, and enjoy breathtaking lake views.
For water enthusiasts, the private dock is the gateway to endless fun. It includes two boat lifts, electricity, a water slide, and a diving board. Perfect for making amazing memories!
Aside from the fantastic water activities, the property offers a fire pit, Wi-Fi, outdoor grill, washer/dryer, and flat-screen TVs with DVD players to keep everyone entertained during downtime.
Rest assured, you'll find that the home kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you will need to make meals so all you need is to bring your favorite food and toiletries.
All the furniture is brand new, providing a contemporary and comfortable atmosphere.
If you're interested in exploring the lake further, take advantage of the optional 23-foot brand new Pontoon available for rent.
It can hold up to 11 people or 1925 lbs and comes with a powerful 150 hp Mercury outboard. The convenience of having the boat on your dock and lift adds to the allure. Please note that a valid driver's license and being 25 years old are required for renting the boat. Rentals are $400 a day, with a refundable $500 damage/fuel deposit. Longer rentals receive a 10% discounted rate after the first day. Prior to renting, guests will need to watch a short 20-minute safety video and take a 25-question test to ensure everyone's safety on the water.
For additional transportation on land, we offer a Golf Cart for rent at $25 a day. It's perfect for leisurely rides around the subdivision or for hauling coolers down to the water's edge.
If you prefer to explore other marinas, Macks Marina and Egyptian Hills Marina offer boat rentals as well. You can also launch your own boat from these marinas or Pyramid Acres for a small fee.
To make the most of the lake, we provide two kayaks, a paddleboard, and an 18' Lilly pad for your enjoyment. However, please remember to bring your own life vests, as we don't provide them for safety reasons. Thank you.
To ensure the property remains in excellent condition for all guests, we require a $100 Damage Deposit. Rest assured, this deposit will be promptly returned upon inspection by our cleaning team, as long as there is no damage, excessive cleaning, or excessive trash.
We do have a NO PET policy for this rental, as some guests may have allergies or preferences.
