Lakeview Retreat is the perfect vacation home with its own private dock, kayaks, and an awesome sanded beach with picnic tables on the 5 acre crystal clear Deer Water Lake. Great for swimming or fishing. Deerwater Lake is stocked with fish for great catch and release fishing. Centrally located, the Red River Gorge Zipline, Off-Road ATV and Jeep tour office is within walking distance. Very close to Hollerwood Off-Road Park, restaurants, and all of the Climbing areas but still tucked in a peaceful quiet Gated Neighborhood of only 13 homes. Lakeview Retreat has it all.
This 2200 sq. ft. three story house sleeps up to 13 people and has 4 private BR ; plus a 5th queen murphy bed in the downstairs game room with pool table and flat screen TV with Satellite TV. The cabin has 2-BA one on the middle floor with a tub/shower combo and one on the top level with a shower stall. Three private BR's have a queen bed, the 4th BR on the top floor has a queen, and 3 twins with a private covered balcony overlooking the lake.
New 8' slate pool table, huge outdoor hot tub with room for 6-7, a gas fireplace, Flat Screen Internet TV,(bring your Roku or Firestick), Fiber optic Wi-Fi, DVD, player, dishwasher, washer/dryer, central heat/AC, two covered decks with fabulous views of the lake, an outdoor firepit, charcoal grill and a Natural Gas Grill Plumbed into the house for endless, worry free Grilling!
